Students or members of any of the co-sponsoring organisations allowing reduction for registration should be prepared to provide sufficient proof of enrollment at a university or membership to one of the indicated organisations.

Registration fee payment

Please register first, using this webpage. After answering a few questions and entering your personal details, you will receive a registration number and detailed payment instructions. Note that each attendee must register separately. The conference fee must be paid either by credit card or by bank transfer. We do not accept cheques or money orders. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered;

All payments will be processed in EURO (€) and are subject to the current exchange rates. Bank charges and exchange rate fluctuation are at the expense of the attendee. The payment details (bank account number, ...) are listed on the registration form you will be able to download at the end of the registration procedure.

Refund policy

Refunds requested before August 15, 2005 will be subject to a 100 € processing fee; No refunds will be possible after that date. Note that refunds are not possible for authors of published papers. This is because registration is a prerequisite for the publication of an accepted paper.
